Notice is hereby given that the Village of Silverton Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to review an administrative appeal alleging a permitted use in the C-1 district at the property located at 7202 Montgomery Road, in accordance with §153.11 of the Silverton Code of Ordinances. The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at 6943 Montgomery Road, Silverton, OH 45236.
