The Village will have newly elected members of Council and the Mayor officially sworn in at the Dec. 4 regular Council Meeting. John A. Smith will be sworn in as mayor, along with three council members. Council Member Idella Thomson and Britt Born will continue to serve as council members, along with newly elected Don Kincaid. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. with the swearing-in ceremony.
